At this time the only insurance I accept is Vermont Medicaid.

I am hoping to accept MaineCare in the near future.

Sliding scale for an individual session: $100 - $150 an hour.

Sliding scale for a couples sessions: $150 - $200 an hour.

If the sliding scale remains inaccessible, please contact me to discuss an affordable rate.

Sessions can be paid for via card or venmo.

For yoga therapy, BIPOC and those of South Asian descent are welcome to work with me at no cost or by donation.

If you would like to schedule a consultation via phone or videocall, please note that as well and we can determine a time for a 15 minute call.

From there, if you feel it is a good therapeutic match, we will discuss scheduling a session.

I offer some evening and Saturday sessions.
